A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME

Hello everyone. I am Olav. I want to introduce myself and hopefully established some friendship in this community. I have joined betternetworker.com, TheUnified Tribe, Home Based Business Network, Linkedin, are member of eMarketing Association and looking forward to meeting new people. My daughter and I live in Haugesund, Norway. Before ever joining Network Marketing, I have and still am working as a CEO in a Ship owning/shipmanagement company for the last 17 years and, before that working on deep see vessels as a marine engineer. My present company and its Owner have added great value to my life and professional experience as a leader. Then I decided to look for some new adventures and to reduce my present workload because it’s hard to be away from your family as well be on a 24/7 call. So I decided to chase other interest like Internet/Network marketing.

I hope to be an inspiration to YOU and at the same time be motivated myself. I joined this community to learn Internet marketing, and through my CarbonCopyPro, Magnetic Sponsoring, MLMLeadsystemPro and the MLM Launch Formula membership, I come out like a “professional” entrepreneur.

For more than two years now, I have built a solid reputation and a most trusted business. I am committed to providing quality service to the community. I do believe that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, I believe that a good reputation and consistent service will reap bigger profits in the long run. By being trustworthy, I believe that we will enjoy a long term profitable business that serves the community.

When I first started, oh boy, it was horrible!  I thought that it would be easy from the get-go because all the companies I looked at said so.  Just to let you know, that’s not true.  I was posting some ads here and there, buying leads, buying campaigns, and just doing stuff that was getting me nowhere.  I didn’t have very many leads, running out of money, and I didn’t know what to do with the leads that I had.  Most of the newbie’s know what that feels like.  Then I read a course by Mike Dillard called “Magnetic Sponsoring.” I instantly fell in “love” with what he was teaching in that course, which was attraction marketing.

Okay I found my niche and how I wanted to promote my business.  I was motivated and I wanted to take action.  But where in the world was I going to start!  I knew what I needed to do and I wanted to do it!

I have a lot of online properties in a variety of niches. I’m an affiliate, but have experience in a wide range of online business models. There isn’t much I haven’t personally tried & tested in my 2+ years online.

Many people fail in this business because others aren’t willing to share everything they know, they teach you little bits and pieces but keep the juicy bits to themselves.  You learn enough that you think that you can do it, but in reality they haven’t told you everything.  Or there are the people that bring you into the business and then just leave you hanging.  I mean how hard is it to return an email, even if it is a week later because you were busy.  They obviously do not care about you; you were just another number to them.

My goal is to help people get a jump-start in this business industry.  I hate to think that others are struggling like I was.  I want to teach people the methods that I use to create success in my life every single day.

My focus now is on niche affiliate marketing, and on helping others achieve the same freedom & flexibility with a successful online business that I have for myself.
